Huawei has today launched the Huawei Watch Fit – a stylish new smartwatch that encourages users to get moving and stay healthy with new scientific tracking features. The device has a 1.6-inch rectangular AMOLED face and syncs with the Huawei Health app so users can enjoy animated fitness courses and workout modes as well as record their latest data and performance in real time. Huawei Watch Fit includes Yoga and Pilates as options for users to start a new fitness journey. Weighing just 34g, this is the first smartwatch to feature an animated personal trainer which can guide you through 12 workout courses and up to 44 posture demonstrations.

\The animated fitness courses make it possible to receive free personal training without the need for a smartphone. Watch Fit supports 96 workout modes with advanced data tracking and 11 professional workout modes that include running, walking, cycling, swimming and more. The Huawei Watch Fit also offers strength training, abdominal workouts and other exercises so Australians can work out anytime and anywhere. Users will also receive stand-up reminders so they can stay active even when sitting for prolonged periods. “The Watch Fit boasts an impressive 10 days battery life, built-in animated personal trainer and the ability to track and monitor your workouts, heart rate, sleep, stress levels and blood oxygen saturation, making it the new smart workout partner that every Aussie fitness beginner or enthusiast needs this year,” says Larking Huang, managing director of Huawei Consumer Business, Australia.

“With an ultra slim and light design, I can barely feel it on my wrist – great for when I’m playing soccer, to in the office and even sleeping. “It truly is the perfect all-day companion. A personal highlight for me is the auto-brightness adjustment, which offers better viewing in sunlight when I’m playing soccer outdoors – a feature that will be great for Aussies in the summer months.” On the health side, the watch can also monitor your heart rate, sleep and blood oxygen (Sp02) saturation. The Huawei proprietary TruSeen 4.0 heart rate monitoring technology means Huawei Watch Fit can support intelligent background heart rate monitoring and display the resting heart rate along with a graphic showing readings from the last 24 hours.

The device can also provide an abnormal heart rate alert if it detects a resting heart rate that is unusually high or too low. Huawei Sleep 2.0 also offers a comprehensive sleep analysis and show the different stages of sleep. Huawei Watch Fit can be customised with more than 130 different watch face designs and users can also choose photos to personalise the device.
